I was referred to your shop by Nationwide.  I worked with Jamie Krzewinski.  Each time I called with a question or concern he was polite and quick to offer assistance or answer my questions.  I am appreciative of Jamie for his professionalism in easing my fears and making me feel confident I will be taken care of.  In my opinion Jamie exemplifies what quality customer service should be. .I had to come back a couple of times to take care of minor repairs.  I do not have a problem with this because Jamie cares for his customers and makes it convenient for me to bring my car in according to my schedule.  I am confident I do not need to worry should I have to bring my car in for repairs; Your shop honestly cares about it's customers.

I  was reffered to your shop by Allstate. I worked with Jamie. When the repairs were done on my vehicle it was like i had a new vehicle again. I would recommend anyone to have their vehicle repaired at Mathews Ford, because as soon as you walk in the door they make you feel welcome no matter what your problem is. I also appreciate the web site so that you are able to follow along with the repairs being done.
